In true spirit of Pride and Prejudice, we took to the Bowood Estate with a colossal zoom lens and some 8mm film stock to produce a dreamy performance video for harpist Alis Huws.

When we first pitched the video, we very much wanted the concept to land in that hybrid between the traditional and the modern day, having Alis placed around the estate in various beauty spots as she plays the harp, luring the boatman with her dreamy melody.

Going behind the scenes...

If you've ever been to Bowood you'll know that the site spans acres of beautiful woodland, grassland and lakes. Pretty as it is, it was quite the challenge for the crew on a blistering summers day, lugging around one of the largest zoom lenses known to man.

Combining land and water based filming was something we were adamant on from the get go, but we're so pleased with the result.
