marketing coordinator

We're looking for a committed and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our developing team and help shape the future of Graded Films. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and curating our front facing image as a business. From social media management and the creation of assets, to overseeing website changes, brand integrations, and finding new and innovative ways to market our services and drive business growth. 

You will be responsible for ongoing social media management, which will include post plans, copy, and may involve creating assets or working closely with filming/editing teams to create video marketing assets for social media use. 

You will also have an active role in the companies film specific marketing practice and development, as the company develops an arm for scripted content production. 

key responsibilities

  • Website adjustments, copy and ongoing alterations may also be required from time to time, making sure that our voice is consistent across platforms.
     

  • The ability to self manage and creatively oversee marketing processes, finding new ways to market our services to prospect clients, and defining our social stance and company voice. 
     

  • You will also have an opportunity to join the team on set, to further support your marketing practice with behind the scenes photo and video content, as well as supporting the team in other areas where required. 
     

  • Conceptualise and execute digital marketing assets for use across platforms.
     

  • Working collaboratively and being able to incorporate continuous senior feedback and revisions into final outcomes.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines. 
     

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, self-teach and experiment with new techniques and software to continuously improve and deliver high quality outcomes. 
     

  • Be an active voice within the company to help shape the future of Graded Films, offering valued opinions and bringing fresh ideas to the table. 

must haves

  • Practical or learnt experience in marketing practices.

  • Excellent understanding and proficiency using social media including Instagram, TikTok and Linkedin which includes understanding of social algorithms and how this impacts the work you carry out.

  • A committed attitude and a willingness to experiment, learn and try new things. 

  • Experience with Canva, Google Drive and the Microsoft Suite.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills including self management.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while consistently exemplifying our culture and values.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively, which may involve ad hoc hours.

  • An interest in film and video production as well as its impact.

  • A commitment to the company mission and an active interest in the future of the company and helping to shape that transition.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Remote/Office hybrid based in Arundel West Sussex.

  • Company bonus scheme.

  • £16.35 hourly starting wage

  • 21-28hrs per week minimum

  • Nominated working days (flexible upon request)

  • 2 Month Probationary period

  • Work Mobile (discretionary)

  • Work Computer (Office Only)

  • Company Pension Contributions

  • Start Date January 2026

Looking ahead, we're laying foundational plans for a state of the art production studio along the south coast, bringing talented individuals and high spending productions to the regions which a primary focus on wellbeing and quality of life. Since the pandemic, a lot of people realised that city life wasn't for them. So, imagine a world where you could live a peaceful life, but not feel like you're missing out!
