about us

It began on a school bus. Aged 14, Freddie and Tom said "let's make a film". The rest is history.

Today, Graded is a powerhouse for video, film and content production, with a work slate spanning feature films and television commercials, to music video and content production, live-streaming, theatre video and more.

ethos

The world is moving fast. Social-first content now leads the charge as the biggest and quickest-evolving form of video. But no matter the trend, story remains the constant, whether a project runs 20 seconds or 2 hours. We are proud to put story first, championing well-crafted narratives for both big screens and small.

We also love exploring new mediums, from animation and visual effects to live theatre and the exciting immersive space where video meets visual art. In Q3 2024 we launched the Post House, created specifically to support productions and their post-production needs. It’s still early days, but we’re already making bold strides, with one UKMVA win and multiple British Arrows (YA24, YA25) nominations to our name.

Above all, it’s the people. They’re the ones who shape our work—our internal team and the incredible freelancers who come together to make meaningful, memorable projects that have lasting impact.

mission

The future is exciting at Graded Films. Our ambitious push for a global reach, servicing clients and brands across the UK and beyond, is ever expanding.

Our feature film and television slate has grown with real momentum in recent years. We’ve delivered two feature films, with two television pilots fully developed and ready for broadcasters. Alongside our long-form work, we remain committed to backing emerging talent through a steady pipeline of short films.

Looking ahead, we're laying foundational plans for a state of the art production studio along the south coast, bringing talented individuals and high spending productions to the regions which a primary focus on wellbeing and quality of life. Since the pandemic, a lot of people realised that city life wasn't for them. So, imagine a world where you could live a peaceful life, but not feel like you're missing out! More to come on that later...

Why not join us on this journey and let us tell your story?

Graded HQ sits in the picturesque town of Arundel, West Sussex. We share the town with a pretty awesome castle too. We produced a short doc for Arundel Castle recently about their tulip festival. Check it out here.

If you're passing by, why not pop in for a coffee and check out our dazzling 70s carpet (we're not joking).
